"This was our first time visiting Gulf Shores. The condo was nice but had a few minor maintenance issues. The bedding and some appliances needed to be updated but otherwise was really nice. Great views of the ocean and bay! The walk to the beach was short and the beach itself was lovely. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone planning a vacation with a family. "

"Our condo was super clean and smelled so fresh. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, and after having been in a car together for 8 hours, that’s just what we did! We were far enough out of town to feel relaxed and not crowded, but not so far that we couldn’t jet in for a great bite to eat. "

"We just completed our 7th stay in Indies 410 since 2014. Love the unit still after all of these years. Happy to see the flooring upgrades in the bedrooms and technology upgrades. Would love to see some furniture updates as the couch and settee are showing their age. For a condo that sleeps 8 it is difficult to comfortably seat that many people in the living room without using the dining room table. We already booked our trip for next year."

"First time staying at The Indies, but it’s definitely going on our list of places to return to! Condo had everything we needed, plenty of room, and was an easy walk to the beach even with our 5 yr old. Ft Morgan is quiet and uncrowded and absent of the chaos down the road. Tacky Jack’s and Sassy Bass were yummy and just down the street. Couple of things in the condo like mildew on the shower curtain and stained towels that I might swap out, but I’d definitely stay here again - and everyone at Sunset Properties were great to work with!"

"The Indies 410 Unit was really nice. It was very clean and comfortable. It’s a only a short walk from the beach which is very well kept. The sand was soft and the water was beautiful. And the title stands true, it is a breathtaking view from the condo balcony. Only down side to this location is that it is quite far from the beaten path of local businesses. So if you need groceries and/or supplies, be sure to grab them before you arrive and get settled. "

"The process was easy. The electronic door worked pretty well. Since we got in around midnight it was good that we could go right to the condo. "We weren't sure what to expect being that it was our first time. We were a little creeped out by a few personal belongings that were left in the unit like pillows, a pair of jeans etc. We loved the view. The kids enjoyed the balcony. There were two families in the unit and it was a struggle to find a comfortable place to sit. We used the pullout sofa for a bed but put it away every night. I am shorter and like seats where my feet touch the ground so the high stools were not comfortable for me. We did enjoy our time. On-site security did their job well. We are talking about going back next year."

"Great condo - check in was simple and quick! Needed a few extra towels and they were there in minutes. Great beach! The pool was not that great. We had some kiddos and there were people just standing there reading books in the water - kind of weird... not a lot of room to swim. Three out of 4 kiddos got stung by jellyfish, so they really wanted to enjoy the pool after that happened - larger pool would've been nice.. We really enjoyed dinner at Sassy Bass! Overall - great vaca - thank you! PS Need some thicker blinds..."

"It was great. I enjoy this place because it is isolated from the other areas along the coast. More family oriented.
The only recommendation for this particular unit is to replace the mattresses. Everyone of them were very uncomfortable and it felt like the springs were jabbing you in your back. However, overall it was a very nice unit."

"Our family has started a little tradition lol. Goin to ft . Morgan! ! We have stayed here the last three years with no plan to stop. When we mention vacation our kids start planning to go to the beach and the one time we jokingly said we might do something different they got upset. The staff at Sunset are wonderful! Our first trip started off kinda rocky but the staff set everything straight and took very good care of us and truly eared our loyalty from that point on. Wonderful people and a great place to take a family! ! Without all the loud craziness that comes with some places, like wild parties, makes you want to come back again and again. Course the turtles, rays, and dolpins we see right off the beach don't hurt!"

"Great place to stay, very friendly and helpful staff, liked it so much we already booked for 2014. Hated to leave we were having such a great time. The olny drawback was the pool heater was broken so you couldn't use the pool and the hot tub was being reconstructed so it was out of commission for our last month there. Other than that a great place to stay."
