Previously the original Sunset Properties office, this house has been converted to a beach house! Bring your family down to the beach and stay in the relaxing area of Fort Morgan. This newly renovated home has plenty of space for everyone! Sitting only a 300 yard walk from the white sandy beaches of Fort Morgan, this house comes equipped with a very well stocked kitchen, wifi, and anything else you could need for your vacation home. This home has recently added an electric car charger.

· 1st floor - Bedroom 1 - King with shared bath, shower
· 2nd floor - Bedroom 2 - 2 sets of Queen bunk beds
· 2nd floor - Bedroom 3 - King bed
Shared Jack and Jill bath with tub/shower combo
· 2nd floor - Bedroom 4 - Queen bed
Shared bath with tub/shower combo
· 3rd floor - Master bedroom with king bed - private bath with separate tub and shower
Area attraction include: Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge is located about 6 East on Ft. Morgan Rd. Also located only about 1/4 mile from the house is Gulf Shores Yacht Club & Marina offering charter fishing, dolphin and sightseeing cruises along with bicycle and Jet Ski rentals. Tacky Jacks II restaurant and bar are also located at the Marina.
$1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan!

Perfect Vacation
"This was the perfect home for our family reunion. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. There was plenty of space for everyone in the great room on the first floor. We watched the ball game on the large screen TV and played games at the extra-large dining room table. The kitchen is awesome and had everything we needed to cook for our large family and the gas grill is located right outside the kitchen door. The house is only a short walk to the beach. There is a large community pool and hot tub only a few steps away from the home. This is such a perfect place for our family. We can’t wait to come back. "

"This was our 12th year to this area and this house did not disappoint. Updated features in the kitchen, an elevator to all levels and a large capacity ice maker made the stay even better.
