Vacations are about memories. This unit was set up to enhance memories that will last a life time. If your desire is to relax and rejuvenate and enjoy the good life, this beautiful condo is for you. The cool beachy colors makes the space feel bright and airy. The side view from the deck is stunning. You will be able to enjoy miles of pristine white sandy beaches and watch the dolphins play and frolic only yards away from where you set. Here you'll have easy access to shopping, restaurants and family entertainment. Sea & Suds is one of favorite seafood restaurants located only steps from the condo. There is also lots of shopping including all the local beach shops and the Tanger outlet mall located in Foley. For the adventurous ones in the family, they will enjoy the zip lines, jet skiing, and parasailing. The less adventurous will have fun at the Track which offers go carts, games, miniature golf, and rides for all ages. The Little Zoo That Could is a great favorite for everybody.
Google it if you get a chance. The area also has one of the longest piers on the Gulf Coast for the fisherman in the group. There is also plenty of nightlife including the famous road house Florabama where you're sure to make lots of memories.
This condo is a perfect retreat after a day of enjoying what our little beach town has to offer. You can unwind and watch TV in the living room with a flat screen TV. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so everybody has room to spread out. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom. The guest bedroom offers a set of bunk beds and queen size bed so you can bring the whole family. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is enough seating in the dining room for four at the table and two at the breakfast bar.
This unit does allow up to two vehicles except for during big events/holidays. Only one pass fee is included in the reservation, please notify us if an additional pass is needed.
Regarding parking passes. This is directly from the owner's association:
Parking restrictions:
? One bedroom only allowed one pass
? Two bedroom only allowed two passes
? Only one vehicle is allowed during main holidays/events such as Hangout Festival, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day!
? No boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed in the lot
? No parking in fire lanes, in front of dumpster areas or spaces marked no parking
? Booting system will be implemented going forward at car owner's expense.
? Towing will still take place for emergency removal of a vehicle
? All vehicles booted will be required to pay before removal of the boot can/will take place.
