Come see why this beautiful home and its surrounding community have been a well-kept secret for so long. ShellChase is located in Fort Morgan, Alabama which sits on the sunny north shore of the Gulf of Mexico. This nature-oriented area is one of the last remaining untouched coastlines of the Gulf.
ShellChase is the perfect place for family vacations, honeymoons, adult getaways, or that well-deserved relaxing trip to paradise. The house is located in The Dunes subdivision, a gated community just east of historic Fort Morgan and the Mobile Bay Ferry. This spacious, second tier, 2700 sqft home is pet-friendly and has enough room for you and all of your extended family. ShellChase sleeps 12 comfortably. The 1st floor master bedroom has a king bed with a full bath attached. The 2nd floor includes a large suite with 2 bedrooms (one with 2 queen beds and one with 2 twin beds) and an attached bath. The 3rd bedroom on the 2nd floor provides a king bed with an attached bath that also connects to the hall. The 3rd floor features 2 twin beds with a cozy reading nook with a fantastic view of the Gulf.
The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need including a pantry. The open concept dining area includes seating at the counter and a large dining table. A half bath is conveniently located off of the dining and living room areas. The living room provides ample seating with great Gulf views and access to one of the two decks also overlooking the Gulf. Free wireless internet is provided as is access to Dish network on all flat screen TVs.
This home is located diagonally across from the subdivision pool and hot tub. ShellChase provides covered carport parking for three vehicles. Access to the sandy Gulf beach is a short walk off the front deck, while Mobile Bay, a marina, and a restaurant are a little farther walk to the north.
During the summer, this property is a 7 night only rental with a Saturday check-in.

This home is pet friendly, SMALL dogs only. Limit two dogs. No other pets allowed. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday 9-5 at YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120, PER PET. (It will be itemized on your receipt.)
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.

$1 from each reservation made in Fort Morgan will be donated to the Historic Fort Morgan!
