About Phoenix I 1108
Splash Pad will be closed to install new rubberized decking material. The contractor is expected to mobilize on Tuesday, Sept 10. Weather permitting, this project is scheduled to be completed on or before September 23.

This 1,350 square foot 3/BR, 2/BA condo boast all the amenities and has been remodeled to include new stainless kitchen appliances and counter tops.
The master bedroom has a king bed with two nightstands, plus a dresser, mirror and side chair. There is a wall-mounted TV and a VCR. The master bath has a convenient shower/tub combination. The second bedroom has a double bed and a twin bed with a dresser and nightstand. The third bedroom has a double bed with a flat screen TV.
There are upgraded countertops in the kitchen with all the appliances needed for a pleasurable stay. A wood, metal and glass dining table seats 4. Kitchen and dining is open to the living area where there is plenty of room for all to relax and watch TV on the flat screen with media center, DVD and VCR.
Phoenix I has a new registration system for parking passes. The Property Manager will register your reservation and then you will receive an email to complete registration and pay for parking. You will be sent an email with a barcode to provide upon your arrival at Phoenix I in order to retrieve your parking passes.

"We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo needs some updates like kitchen and bathroom cabinets but overall in good condition and super clean. The king size bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Water was always hot and had great pressure. The location was perfect.. walk right out to white powder sand.. and to many great restaurants. All of the staff on site were very pleasant and helpful. The elevators are very dated but they are being replaced this month from what i was told. I would highly recommend booking through sunset properties. All the staff who i spoke with during the process of booking my trip were excellent. The entire process was effortless. Thank you.."

"My first rental through Sunset Properties was fantastic. The unit was as pictured and located in a great location with lots of nearby food and entertainment options. We went during Spring Break, so the unit above us was noisy at times, but the Phoenix security guard promptly addressed this once notified. The kitchen was equipped with the essentials and the free WiFi was much appreciated. We would gladly return to this unit again! "
