We had great communication from the company before, during and immediately after our trip. We did not encounter any issues while there, but they told us what to do beforehand if we were to have any problems. Before connecting with John, we had been through the ringer in house hunting. He listened to our concerns, knew what we wanted (probably better than we did) and got us the  house we had been looking for. I loved staying in this condo at the Phoenix West. The beds were very comfortable and I got a good nights sleep every night I was here. The view of the beach, pools and lazy river were spectacular. The TVs had all the streaming services so you could pretty much watch what you wanted. Had everything needed in the kitchen and bar along with a drip coffee maker and Keurig. The refrigerator was large and looked fairly new, enough to hold all you would need. I would highly recommend this condo for any trip to Orange Beach. Would definitely stay here again!

What a great little place!! Everything you could possibly want to do is within walking distance. The room was very clean and the bed was extra comfortable! It was the perfect size for 2 people and the property manager was very helpful. She answered all questions immediately upon texting her. If you are looking for a very affordable place for a few days, Beachview 223 is the one!

Can I stay forever? We really enjoyed our stay at our Phoenix condo in Orange Beach. We loved that it was right on the beach, gulf front. My husband unfortunately had some work to do our first full day there, but he did it with an amazing view from the balcony. My 14 yr old daughter is somewhat bougie so her standards are pretty high. She doesn't get excited about much and she loved it! We'll definitely be back, and when we're ready we're calling Monica because she was so helpful and amazing.

John did an outstanding job for us in selling our unit @ The Indies. Sunset Properties has also managed the unit for us for the past 15 years and their team is the best. Very professional and they really take care of their clients and guests. Great experience all around!
